Product Details:

Web Offset Printing Press are single width, one plate around, cold set presses having modular construction, quick make-ready, with simple design for ease of operation and maintenance. The unit frames are made of high tensile cast iron. All cylinders are mounted on pre-loaded timken taper roller bearings (USA). The ink fountain has 24 manually adjustable keys/ levers. Instead of copper we can supply pu-coated ink vibrator rollers. Sock type or brushmist dampening system is supplied depending on the speed of machine.

Description:
AR35-I Splicers can be placed in-line or at right angle to the press line, on the drive side. At its full splice speed at 36,000 copies per hour, the AR35-I maintains stable web tension, even during splicing.

Its Salient Features are:
Solid steel frame and solid steel reel arm with bearings for reel positioning. Reels locked into reel arm with bearing caps that are connected to control and safety systems. Dancing roller system holds web tension constant, even during splicing. Control system attached to disc brake ensures tension in paper web is constantly held at preset value, irrespective of reel size and web speed. Acceleration of new reel occurs through an acceleration roller, synchronization with unwinding web is very precise. Splicing sequence regulated by PLC.

Product Details:

Stacker is needed to address the need of higher output from a web offset press. Increasing press speed and using thicker grammage products means that a large volume of paper must be handled in a given time period. Therefore the design of the machine such as a stacker, which must accomodate the high press output becomes essential.

Stacker removes irregulatrities created in the folder delivery or during conveyance and also aligns the printed signature. It works as a pressing station as well, which improves fold and expels the air trapped inside the paper and thus improves the stack formation. The stacker is mobile and is equipped with a variable speed drive.
